You can ask us to write about any topic under the broad umbrella of Psychology & Mental health.. We will try our best to put in our effort to cover all the suggested topics.. So, just pour in!!

If you have any doubts or queries about any topic in your studies or in general as such, do write us and we will try to clear your doubts as much as we can and help you out.. Please read all our already written topics before you send us your questions, you may find your answers already in those write ups.!! Anxiety: The concept given by Sigmund Freud

In general, anxiety can be defined as excessive and persistent worry about everyday situations. Anxiety can be normal in stressful situations such as public speaking or giving a test and it acts as an indicator of underlying diseases.
